It was like that to get the oil/water lines on but is facing down now.

The old 5 cylinders started for the first time in months. Oil pressure ok a slight warming of the spark plugs and on the 3rd time it fired up. Just a downpipe and system to get made up.

Also going for VEMS Plug and play so will keep everyone posted.

yes,VEMS will be my next step as well for any other modification on the engine.

Not finished yet but will get me on the road.
Still thinking of painting it lack so its not so bling.

Vems ECU installed just to do a few checks to get triggering sorted and new battery. Still not sure what i am going to do to get downpipe/exhaust on though. Looks like a new one though as the angle of the EM and turbo are different. Get my 1.8 coils sorted out and fitted.

Then i have to change the front struts to HP2's and get the UFO's off.

Running on idle now with Vems base map. Just need to wait on my serial cable coming so i can get the Laptop on. Let the fun begin!!!!

Now i saw this project and am interesting what size of IC pipes did you used on your urs4?and what size is your IC?

2.5" pipe work and i am sure it was 600mmx400x80mm

Can you send me a pictures of how did you conect gt3071r with IC. Where you put a blow off valve. What hose did you used for conection from turbo to aloy pipe that goes to IC. And what size of hose did you used for conecting airfilter and turbo?

Mapping next week once the exhaust is made.
Will probably have to keep boost down as not sure if clutch will cope and i need to fit the HP2's with the 6pots before the boost is screwed up. If i get away with it i will program the AVCR for low and high boost.

Will be interesting what power i will get.

355bhp 300lbft @ 1 bar. So far as the fuel pump couldnt supply enough fuel.
