7A block to turbo spec rebuild

P.S. the engine I rebuilt was a rover V8 from a TVR..... That was fun. Plenty of room under the bonnet fo tehm things...

Now.

All I have at the mo is a 7A block with the two side arms (which go to the engine mounts)
So...

Currently have a quick shopping list to sort a few bits out.

Alternator mount/arm
Thermostat cover/hose thing (that bolts to the block. Got to drill and tap on of the bolt holes as the bolt was broken when I got it )
S2 sump for the turbo drainage...
Oil filter housing adapter (once again for the oil cooler and turbo bits)

3B head!!!!! Bare or ready to go on....

Sticking with the 3B methinks as I am getting to know it well and I won't be maxing out what people have done on the dizzy before....

Well off down to bristol tomorow for round two of the promotion saga so just finishing and tidying a few bits up for that. Will go hell for leather on stripping the block on tuesday as well as trying to find someone to dip it for me.....

@ S2Central I was thinking of going blue or silver with the block. The last one was blue so dunno yet. I have got a full can of enamel paint left over in the blue and one in red too so hey de ho see what grabs me at the time.
