Was busy working on the remap and lifting boost to a little above 2 bars.
I started using an emulator from transtronics (romulator) to tune the motronic box, adjusting fueling and timing on the go now, makes it really easy.

Last weekend a broke a rear CV joint whilst doing 7000RPM launches.
    Fixed it tonite .
Working on getting to boost the car to about 2.2 bars on rocket fuel.

    S2 Coupe fully built.
    10.9 1/4mile 0-100 in 3.5secs
    Precision 6262 turbo

Could you do me a favour? could you look at your RC injectors on the car, do they have the code SH4-750 or SL4-750?

( L and H does not refer to resistance )

          My Injectors Are SL4 -750 !
whats the difference ? I bought my friend a set of 750cc and his injectors wher SH4-750.

Anyway i just got back from some mid night testing ....
this is what i got ....

User 1 is the knock sensor.
I feel my car is wher i want it to be. (tomorrow i will be trying 2.3 or 2.4 bar boost)

PM me and i'll tell you off forum RC did something very strange with their naming for the 750cc injectors

EGt probe is 2cm from the downpipe to turbo flange.
Knock sensor gives a 0-5v output.
above 2.2v and i consider it as knock.

is the EGT properly calibrated? the EGTs seem way too low! if it is, then very good!!

What is the advance you are using on those regions?

recently with a laser gun i measured temps on idle and when on the hotside they were 190C , immediatelly after the downpipe flange they were 100C!

Around 20deg advance, yeah i add about 100deg to those readings.
Temp are much lower with Race fuel.
i get close to 700deg on normal fuel and lower boost.

ohh i see., you are using race fuel. that explains it!!
                        and 20deg would do perfect

I've been busy with the car reIve been busy these last few nites..

I really don't like restrictions in my intake piping.
Most of the aluminum joiners have a 2mm wall thickness that creates a terrible step that just cannot be conducive to MAX airflow.

I take to them with my pencil grinder-air tool and tungsten tips to help smoothen out the transitions.

Smooth Transitions are good for flow numbers

Smoothed out the transitions from the turbo's compressor output.

Gave the turbo's compressor a Better Bell mouth intake

                          nice !!

Did some port matching on the Turbine side, and Gave the turbine housing a good coat of ceramic paint and a proper 3 stage baking in the mrs oven.

The turbo compressor also got a coat of ceramic paint and some time in the furnace.

What an amature dyno operator. Why not locking it on the sides Faheemo? They might have damaged your car.

                                Well spotted !
Yeah it was a subaru club dyno day and the operator didnt believe me when i told him the car was about 400kw. He just said " well thats how we tied down all the subarus."
the car did 286kw and 600nm torque and only revved to 4500rpm.

Thats the reason i dont like the dynos here in my town the people that operate them are
Rather drive my car on the road.
