What size are the piping into the IC ? They look kinda small to me. The new shape looks good though. Massive turbo I must say.

pipe to intercooler = turbo outlet =intercooler outlet

i am not sure for the moment but i think 73 mm

You could enlarge the intercooler outlet to be the same as throttle body input as you use the mtm IM and the "short path".

i have round k&n filter,huge , will make an aluminum 3 side box to keep away hot air from it, will be placed behind engine.will also make naca duct style fresh air intake hole on the bonnet
