with a 280 degree cam, i would imagine the best you could hope for would be a rough idle.
vadim - he got his cams from dbilas, with the rest of the mechanical valvetrain. was quite an ordeal to get the correct parts i believe. i think he detailed it quite nicely earlier in the thread (although 13 pages is too much for me to search through to find exactly where
)

i dunno the exact problem;we removed the engine this morning
one of the pistons (closest to cabin wall) was badly damaged, also the combustion chamber of the same piston and valves are in ugly condition.
will post pics soon
like i said it was running more then excellent,we finished software, it was around 02:00 at night ,we were on the way back, suddenly smoke came out.
maybe quality of the fuel
maybe injectors
maybe mistuned
i dunno
will receive new pistons next week and will rebuild it immedetalyQuattroComment
