18 months;lots of parts,lots of costs;
and my car is still not running ; i turned back where i was 18 months ago...

Nightmare, how did it happen?

car was at the workshop;my friends were cleaning the car, cause it was sleeping for verrrrry long time; then they called me
they said strange sound is coming from the engine;i went there and it was bearing sound ; taka-taka-taka ; i called martyn and erdal to report the stuff; then i removed the oil pan and here it is....
that was reaily unexpected...
dunno what to do cause almost all parts are gone and thats the third time iam buying them.....

So they started the car? And it did this on idle? That is strange - if it was on idle, it must have been oil starvation that has caused it??

it probably didnt happen on idle; they said they heard a sound and we worked the car several times to identify the sound; probably there was something wrong from the beginning of theis third attemp cause car made 4 kilometers after tuners left istanbul

i dunno...maybe this car just needs to go back to its original 315hp and be left alone...3 times and still angry at you man...

Timucin, this is more than just sad I´m starting to hate that car, sorry.
We made about 400km inside of Istanbul and no noise, nothing. Was running pretty nice, after leaving the car in the garage you get that noise. I can´t believe this, getting really crazy
The offer that I can make is please bring that car over to us, I will pay the repair fully, but we need the car here because of equipment and parts and I would like to exchange the parts where I´m not 100% convinced that they can stand that power figures...

it is not easy to send the car there as you know;

100% convinced = if you still have any questions about flywheel;as i know unbalanced flywheel will damage main bearings mostly + would make vibration ;our main bearings are like new and noone of us felt any vibration. did you?

I´m not trying to blame you or someone else, I´m trying to find solutions for you and your car.
If you don´t trust in our work, I´ll make sure someone else is coming over and fixing this. Mihnea and his mechanic would be one option.

Hope you get it sorted!
If it would be oil starvation then the main bearings would be gone aswell. Could very well be what Erdal says, bad quality big end bearings. Not up to the job.....
but also:
What kind of oil have you put in there?
Was there a break in period for the engine.
Have you sandblasted the oilpan?
Was the crank rebalanced for the carillos and JE's?

I really hope the car wil run a 100% next time. I really know how it feels if your new engine breaks down.

How high did You rev it?

Reason might be failed oil pump. Stock oilpumps don't like high revs, especially it they're brand new or very old.
