if your car is a pure track machine then I wouldn't use them, but for living with a car I can't see beyond using them to take the edge of the setup.

springs are from millway, his manufacturer i dont know..When the stroke of the damper is longer than the spring, on fully rebound position the spring will be hanging loose. You can help this by taking a longer spring. Disadvantage is that the ride height will increase. Therefor is it better to use a helper spring that will fill up the gap in rebound, but will fully compress under normal ride height.
Nice springs, look like Faulkners to me.
Why the needle bearing? The entire leg can rotate around the top bearing in the camber plate?
the needle bearing are for when you set rideheight, so the upper perch wont rotate,

Looks a very nice coilover set up. There isn't realy a need to weld the threaded sleve all the way around as the sleve cant slip down the strut body because of the steering arm. There is no chance of them going the other way as the shocks cant go past a certain point when they are full un-loaded. I am not sure what the rear strut looks like on an RS2 but if its like a ur quattro the sleves will need welded all the way around.Comment

For the rear i will buy custom Nitron coilover shocks, so i wont be needing any sleeves thereLooks a very nice coilover set up. Going slow here.. Waiting for:
CF Hood
Knife blades to rarb
$$$
and the wheel choice, cant decide, the fastest and cheapest option is compomotive mo 6´s..

Those would also be in 18"

I've always like Compomotive MO's, had a couple of sets on different cars over the years. Very impressed with their strength, I drove one on the rim for several miles after loosing the tyre completely and it was still usable after I'd removed the burr, all be it a couple of mm smaller. And it was on the front, of a Corrado as it happens, top tip remember your locking wheel key

No it was my lovely G60. It's a long story as to why I ended up driving on the rim, basically I couldn't leave the car where it was, very dodgy area, so I figured I'd be better off carrying on. I expected the wheel to fecked completely but it was OK, even sold the set on for a profit in the end.
I've just sold some 17" x 8" five spoke MO's. I do know their not the lightest in the world, but I guess their a comprise between strength and weight.1990 B3 2.0 80 quattro.
