The 044 pump will sustain 140psi easily if you want it too. Flow drops slightly, but duals make up for that. Weldon pumps will do it too, but it is a little too loud for my 800hp daily driver.

Thanks for the kind words guys. The car has come together nicely. I am thrilled. I will probably be happy with this layout for a while. It fits the criteria I created a while back when I started to build the car. It needed the following(with pictures showing the accomplished goal)

Needed to be 100% daily driver (only a DD is that dirty right?

It needed to be able to take my family to and from track events, even if they include a 1000 mile weekend.. Yes, that is my 2 month old in the back seat with my wife and dog.

It has to be able to take a 2 day track event and be reliable and competitive with a good 4k rpm powerband ( 4500-8500)

It can't break stuff if I am abusive to it ( I am most of the time) The drivetrain is pretty solid now with an 01e and upgraded axles

      Has to be sub 3000lbs

MUST be faster than my dad's URQ and look just as good. We have had a 10 year dream of both tracking URQ's at the local track in Vegas. We made this happen this month

It must showcase my welding ability to customers and offer some sort of rationalization to why I have such a monster.

The last thing is the only thing I am missing, but it is a 10 second pass in the quarter. I doubt I will have much issue with that, but I may at 4500' that I am at in Utah. I will probably drive down to Las Vegas for a better shot if I can't get it done at elevation.

That sums it up. Don't steal it, as people have already tried!

Yeah Tim, last time I was on the dyno a bunch of people took shots of the car and plastered them on the internet on several sites, including the FB site of the dyno. Well, 2 days later, my HOA president called me to tell me that the night before the neighborhood watch had chased off 2 guys peering in the window of the car with their EVO 8 parked several blocks away with a driver waiting. I have been pissed every month paying the HOA fee of 95$ but this month it was just fine

I now have a 30/30 in my closet, and more than enough of a scope to getcha from my second floor bedroom window

              WOW,

              damn
              and in utah not NJ
dang, never woulda thought about someone stealing the urq, i mean come on there are only sooo many of us old audi people, it would def send up a red flag to tons of us seeing a thread of all hank parts for sale and not by him and a stolen car thread, yes the HOA is quite worth it, im shocked at that and id say go bigger, get a huge cannon and a better scope, over build it right? glad you got through without a more major scare, so note to self

private dyno sessions and no pics of license plates etc
