    - Can you give me estimates of spool, my goal 3700rpm full boost, can be possible?

    - estimation of power 600bhp, will be possible?

    - will be possible to reach 300km / h on the speedometer?

    - Lack any part or service on this project, I accept suggestions

Wow, you have a great project in front of you.

I think the spool of 3700 rpm should be possible, however the 600 BHP mark will be very hard to reach. I think you will hit just above 500 BHP with the GT30 and the 0.82 AR hotside. But actually I do not know how much you will gain when using 100% Ethanol........... so who knows how far you will reach with the BHP
Anyway you will easily tip the 300 km/u on your speedo, as I have done this with my smaller GT3071R turbo Just remember that the 300km/h speedo is not accurate, so you need to use GPS in order to see your actual speed.

Will you do the VEMS programming yourself?

very nice stuff. The turbo though can produce no more than 500-525 on 98 octane fuel.Maybe can be possible with ethanol...!!

keep us posted and show us the photos!!!!

maybe it would be better to use the EVO Manifold with T3 Flange and a GT3076 with T3 Flange, you Gain a much better Flow

I already buy the exhaust manifold kkk to 8 months before, I did not know that the flow was better t3.

I'm sorry for not achieving 600bhp

034 site, says that you can get up to 600bhp with turbo in this link: http://www.034motorsport.com/product...roducts_id=107, search, and I believe that is a bigger version GT307657R trim induce, I believe this is exactly turbine link: http://www.aetturbosonline.com/catal...hpb-p-148.html. I will confirm with Javad, but it is almost certain that this turbine. If someone believes that I can get to 570bhp-600bhp god tune?

Depends what you value, the low end or the top end, you can't have both just a trade off between the two.

Personally drop the CR. Purely because the 3071r can melt stock pistons when pushed to the limits so what do you think the 3076r could do?

It gives you a little safety margin against detonation and allows better ignition tuning by your mapper.

but the ethanol e100 has high octane and low temperature on gasoline, which set aside the problem of detonation. Ethanol E100 can be compared to 110 octane gasoline.

I am correct, help me I am newbie

With the E100, I think you can get away with it. The fuel is extremely detonation resistant.

I would recommend installing an EGT probe into one of the runners on the exhaust manifold, especially if you plan to hold the car wide open near redline for minutes at a time. The tune typically needs to be very conservative to survive that kind of torture with a big turbo (especially with the relatively high stock compression ratio).

Then maybe it should be wise to go with a tad bigger turbo so that he stays always in the efficient islands of the compressor map and run the GT30R on the edge.
