Seen something similar done by Meerkat, 4" into 2 x 3" side exits, looking at the pic it doesn't look as tight as Terrys.

Sharp turns. Not good for flow even if size is large enough
Dual 3" is 1000hp size so shouldn't be much backpressure.

The car's progression is slow but good.

    I have completed the following

*Welded intake track 4" through a hole cut into the drives wing and down to the position of the OEM oil cooler.
    *External waste gate pipe
*4" Down pipe is almost finished
*Exhaust is mostly all cut to length and just needs welding up
*Decided to bin the Motronic ECU
*Had made 4" to twin 3" collector for exhaust system

Lots to do but the car will be running by the end of the month if i can keep my work levels low enough.

I need to get all the copper washers for the PAS Pump and some O-rings for the injectors. Does any one know of a good supplier of either?

Also does any one have any old door cards?

    Cheers James

The dowel is sunken into the front bearing of the cam shaft in the pictures its not pushed fully in, so when its bolted it does sit very nicely in there
