good news guys. after a good thrash tonight and lots of smoke and lots of flames and burning bits of rammal flying out the exhaust all over shark 90's bonnet. The smoke has now cleared and all seems well.
I can only put it down to burning all the rubbish out of the second hand ur exhaust.
I will spend the next week tinkering for the track.

I like to make everything difficult for myself i suppose, sometimes wish i hadn't bothered rebuilding an engine and put one straight in,it would have been on the road months ago if so.

            oh my god!

Don't all shout at me about I am loosing all the safety features of motronic. I know!
It's a test for you lot.
I removed the N75 and the diverter value today and am running it with pressure relief and regulator valves. I an running approx 15psi and it goes like stink. I want to see how reliable it is before I do the same to my s2.
I have been out for a play tonight and with std 3b engine. No ecu mods and a kv fuel pump it's running low 4's 0-60 and late 12's 1/4. I will fit a boost guage and afr meter tomorrow to see how it's running.
The only down side to tonight is all I could find to play with was some chavs in a quicksilver and a golf gti.

I was running those sort of times in my 90 with 390bhp best time at GTI 4.54 0-60 and 12.79 1/4. Have you taken the interior out? How are you measuring your runs?
If those times are accurate, well done!

it's with a cheap accelerometer so it's prob way out. However it does feel much much faster than my s2.
The boost on the turbo is almost instant. And when you change gear there is zero lag and it is still pulling like mad all the way through the rev range.

                        1 bar at the redline isn't a stock 3B

Based on my heavier S2 (1500kg vs about 1250) getting times of about 5s and 13s with a mere 0.8 Bar at the top, I can well believe that thing flies.

The N75 does make the setup laggier but then it can be tuned to be more aggressive rather than removing it completely. Is this is a variation on the bleed valve setup so it dumps air from the system?

What gearbox are you using Brian?

I am using the original 016 box from the audi 90 saloon.

The handling though is something to be desired.... It's like an ocean going liner.
If I keep it for a while I am going to have to do some upgrades....

Tis funny though lifting the inside front tyre when exiting the corner on boost.....

Yeah, no rear ARB on those so they'll tend to squat and lift the front inner wheel, some springs and dampers would go a long way too, I remember from mine that it had good potential and the lighter weight meant that it was more nimble than its dimensions would suggest. Gearbox is very short ratios for higher power, that's the issue that Yogi had.

                            Have fun!

urq. is in the 1300-1350 mark right? 90q with the 10V 1200 kilo's, I guess the 20VT makes it a bit heavier.
