What happens in these cases where the turbo can't support more hp and you are pushing it past it's limits with nos?
The turbo doesn't need to do any more , you supply more fuel and oxygen from the nitrous oxide to burn the extra fuel, thus no more air flow is needed at all .
You can add as much power as you like within reason with nitrous oxide , you could have a standard k24 turbo S2 and add 400 HP if you wanted giving you 630 HP as long as you used rods that could take it.
One thing people find is that they need a bigger wast gate to stop the boost creep and over spinning the turbo when on the nitrous .
Comp Turbo 3 67 82A/R will give you 700 hp on your car without problem.. my friend your car have 5 throttle bodyes... and NOS.. 1000cc injectors, 2x 044.. it is more than 800 hp , and everybody here will say the same...

with the extra gas you are going to overspin it either way dont you?

Let's say you are at the max that can pass through your turbine and you are shooting gasses of another 200hp wouldn't it try to force through the turbine causing it to overspin? ( even if the wastegated is wide open it will tend to overspin it). Am I wrong? It is just theory....not sure.

Yes you are wrong , even the standard waste gate will bleed off a lot of gas fully open .
Javad at 034 was running 650+ HP with a standard waste gate and only used a bigger one when he went to an even lager turbo so that he could run a base line boost for tuning as he couldn't keep the boost below 25 psi . After it was tuned he said he could haver run the standard gate at even 850 HP, its just that he didn't want to start tuning a at 25 psi as if something was off i.e. a/f ratio or timing this would not give you much time before damage .
