Whats all this talk about 5 speeds not taking power?? Loads of scandinavians have WAY more han chipped RS2 power with 5 speeds without problems. If people would ease off just a tad when shifting they take HUGE power without problems. same with the 6 speed box.

a mate of mine had 806whp and way over 900wnm and no issues with a 5 speed in his 100tq

DOn't forget to budget for a decent clutch £500 and a flywheel skim, SM fly is worth keeping off the 3B, have the face skimmed (or the whole thing taken to 8kg) and then fit a Sachs or other decent clutch.

i'm looking into invest in a decent clutch,maybe sachs.but dont know if i will go the skimmed way,cos i just want to get the Rs2 in and up n running first.

If you're changing the clutch then skim the face of the flywheel to remove hot spots / corrosion / contamination, I didn't and it was a mistake. If it hadn't been an OE clutch at £150 but had been a £550 Sachs that I'd fitted then I'd be well

what if i leave the OE clutch untouch would that course any problem?.

3B won't hold was the consesnus when I asked. I do OK on my ~300bhp setup with an OE Audi 3B LUK item but it has slipped before, it also has a very feint judder at low speed take-up.

Do it right first otherwise it's engine out time.

Stock DM and clutch will hold but isn't as free-revving as the SM item.

David i am runing with a Hamon Motors software for RS2 parts in a 3B engine and for the moment i have not any problems with the power and the torque of 2.0bar

i´ve got a SPEC stage 3+ clutch since more thN 12000KMS good for 450cv and 700nm and i am very happy with it.

are you looking for a porsche 996´s big reds???,because in the past you was selling a bigger Porsche GT3 reds with caliper carriers for a good price true?? wich was the problem between both?? are the 996 351 425/6 better than the GT3 ones??

i have like you a RS2 replica front bumper painted in the same colour as you friend,i´ve bought it in UK

hi Rocco mate,i still got the GT3 calipers.and it looks like no one want them,so will be going on my s2 soon.

yeah the Rs2 rep front bumper turnout alright in't.i had to put many hours of back breaking work.like you i'm very happy with it

not for the moment¡¡ but it is closer i am runing my car now without the front bumper because today i´ve streap the front bumper... i think that i am loosing air in the IC/trasverse joint

few days ago my turbo only charge 1´3bar and sounds like a turbine airplane inside my engine bay


wich discs will you use with these bigger REDS??
