Good eyes you have!!!
You are right..is impossible to work on that hill..but that is only the path to the garage. The car is already in there.
I will make some pictures later...

You can see some cracks in the paint...on the fiberglass panels. But..is ok..dont know iff those cracks are caused by poor paint preparation or something else. I want to pe prepaird for my own car. I hope at mine i will not see something like that.Comment

Maybe the fibreglass was painted too soon and not allowed to cure or the release agent was not cleaned off properly, you should paint the other side of the panels too with flow-coat (sp?) so you don't get the damp coming through from the wheel arches. You need plasticiser in the paint so its a bit flexible..Comment

hmmm...i think the paint..dosin't have all the necessary stuff inside for the fiberglass.
or is just in the places where the fiberglass part can moove too much. We will see how it looks like after few weeks.Comment

I have started to put together the front suspension and i have a question!
I bought for this car the front s2 hubs. The ideea is, i can use the same coupe quattro driveshafts? I dont want to mess with the gearbox side. Iff yes...please tell me what wheel joint should i use to have the same splines as the s2 hub and same fitting system....is with an safety clip inside the joint...not with expandable clip like s2.
Thank You!
