Did this gear set come from Evegini? Friend of mind had the same issue with a similar gear kit that required machining of the input shaft.

We have now one box finished and ready to test, it will soon go in a 860hp typ85. Soon hope to get the other box done. I'm not sure how the availability will be from the machine shop..? I will not be supplying these. But I'll let you know when I know more.

Fit seems to be very good. Small adjustment still need to be done to the hood location like you see in the pics, but that's just adjustable by the bolts. This was just early test fit. Still need to take them off for some cleaning, small rust repair and painting.

Personally I'd sacrifice non rust for UrS4 looks but that's personal I guess. Saying that I'd love to have rust proof wings

These was two first samples from a finnish machine shop. Biggest issue was that we got no info that some parts need modification. The reverse gear is fully understandable that it need to be machined as there is so little room around it. Also the bushing that comes between the first gear and C-clip need to be shortened or taken from a wide gear trans(CMG, DSY). They have used a wide gear trans for modelling the axle. Only real issues was the C-clip groove that was too small and the other shaft 6th gear bearing surface that was too tight.
