Somewhere I found the information about the external imbalance of the stock flywheel. May this cause some issue with balancing everything to zero.

Hi Thuppu, have you balanced your 2.5Tdi crankshaft? Should you balance them IMPERATIVE? I have already heard that there are various 2.5L with AEL block and 95.5 crankshaft where nothing was balanced.

It'll run, but you'll be surprised how much work it takes to zero balance your diesel crank when you get around to it. If you can't zero balance everything at once, wait until you can. And proceed with a measure of caution.

Thuppu, I have some trigger-issues with MaxxECU with stock Audi-sensors.

What "trigger arm voltage" & "home arm voltage" and other settings are u using ?
Have u changed some of the values ??

what ever happened here? We are struggling to get cam position sensor to read on Maxxecu. The flywheel sensors look fine. Someone saying we should try 12v(input) hall sensor?
