Will look great with those wings.
I am contemplating to skip that job......it's horror both ways. Either it's a horror job on it's own, or you find out your complete floorpan is rotten

He also advertises on Ebay. I bought this complete kit for 999 euro I think. Shipping was 200 Euro, as it was a huge package via DHL freight.

Next steps will be removing the engine and gearbox and prepare it for a repaint.

Color of the new car is still undecided. My current preference is Titan Grey

I still need to look into the door sills. I prefer to have metal ones, instead of GFK. And I guess they have to be mounted before I put on the rear wings.......

The only metal UrQ door sills I found are from Germany for big money: http://www.ihle-motorsport.de/index....siteid=45&sp=4

                      Bram,

Apologies if it's was posted on the forum or is common knowledge, but can I ask what happened to your Avant that you have a spare old Avant engine for the ur?

                      tia.

I sold the avant last year October I think. I put back in an OEM ABY engine and related ABY stuff plus an OEM exhaust system. From the sales of the avant I hope to build me a UrQ, low-budget style off course

Thanks. That's some amount of effort.

                              Best wishes.

The first 3 hour job. Right front wing removal + complete front removal (bumper and grill) + right sill protection stuff

The x-member looks like it had it's best time, so will probably remove it and replace it with the Wagner SS x-member when it will fit.

Underneath the right wing and door sill everything looks solid and no signs of rust
