Also Jan Los managed to get the Wagner IC behind the SQ grill, but I think he is running the 01E gearbox, so has created more space.

No problem, the first one is 400x200x80mm the second is 300x240x75mm so in theory 700x440x75mm. I'm sure there will be a pressure drop between them but i have been so impressed with the set up that i have had no need to check it other than the inlet temps via VagCom..Thanks Darren. What core sizes are the 2 ICs you have mounted? On the pictures they look massive http://www.s2forum.com/forum/showthr...t=13066&page=2Comment

ok ,some small update.
I have not spend too much time in the last months on the car except for selling S2 parts (Wagner IC and cross member) since they don't fit the UrQ and bought a nice 20v steering wheel, 16" Azev A wheels 4x108, labeled ABY engine loom (tnx Paul), an original type 85 Recaro seat frame.
In the meantime I am leaning towards the color of the UrQ to become Tornado Red

Test fitting the Recaro Classic C's. Got a type 85 Recaro console from Ebay and a brand new Recaro rails (adds 1,5cm to the height) but the new seat slides marvelous now and I seem to have enough head room, although the seat needs to be set more upright once i connect it to electrics.
For the passenger seat I need to get a Golf Recaro console re-welded to the right widthAttached FilesComment
