Greg, you're right, maybe the front grille might be the next item to improve - S2 grille for an S2 Coupe. Matches the grilles on the S2 bumper. Just sayin.........

    YMMV

Under skin upgrades the better bet, with an oem exterior on a now classic car.

Glad the engine is good again after the grief of few years ago.

    Regards.

Tried Audi for timing belt, crank bolt and washer but can't get hold of them. Where am I best to source them from? I need an RS2 belt crank bolt washer for crank pulley and pas belt

Over the weekend and a couple of evenings I have found a bit of time to start to work through some of the jobs on S2. So far I have got the headlights changed and fixed the odometer.

I prefer the look with the OE style headlights I think.

The culprit on the odometer was a single tooth stripped on the internal gear, it was a relatively quick job to get it changed using the guide from odometer gears.

Got the agreed valuation bits sorted again for the year. Next job will be to start looking at the brakes and getting the other recaro seat fitted.

I'll check it out on the ap site and see what it says. Drop me a message and let me know what you want for it, did you post the MAF connector bits too?

Greg I have a nice ABY throttle cable for sale
Also 28mm rotors might not be any lighter, often just the air gap is larger on the wider rotors

Thanks all. I was looking at the A2 stainless screws as they are quite cheap too. Will order some tonight. I'm also after an accelerator cable if anyone knows part no and/or a good source ? Next job after this weekend will be to fix the odometer and then start to tackle the brakes as I may move back to 28mm thick front discs instead of the 32mm I have fitted now as overheating hasn't been an issue and will also save on unsprung weight, and they need replacing anyway

Thanks guys. Yes no 22. My current ones have the tabs missing so fitted differently.

I changed the blower box early on when I got the car as it had an aftermarket aircon and the bracket didnt mount properly so wanted to check how it should be mounted. Ive got the harness still
