There is a silicone hose from the air filter to the MAF, and another from the MAF to the turbo inlet, there is no opportunity there for a hose to be attached at the moment, but we are going to have to fit something to help the N75 do its job. Does it matter where in that section the hose is attached?

N75 wiring - I was able to start the ECU's own output test (old skool) and hear the N75 click. I must wiggle the wiring about to see what happens, or even disconnect both ends and put the multimeter on it.
Just to confirm - Y/R is the control signal and R is an earth.

Certianly you're welcome to do some data logging.

There also seems to be a TPS issue, but it's quite a minor one.

Yes, better tyres are needed, a softer compound, wider, or both. The problem is that four stud Ford hubs were used, so there is a limited range of wide rims available. We might have to change the hubs.

The chassis were home made, I'll have to gather up all the pictures we have and start a build thread.

Thanks to everyone for their help, support and encouragement with this project!

It weighs 725KG, which is more than I'd thought it would be. We'll be building a lighter one next time if at all possible, but it needs to be a road going version.

At 1.5 Bar (but down to 1 Bar at high revs) she really does impress, it takes a while to get used it. For me the biggest surprise at the start was that she moves faster than the rate I was thinking at. What I mean was that I wasn't thinking fast enough and had a sensation of seemingly having blacked out as she went from where I was, to a whole lot further on without covering the ground in between! lol

Been in a few rapid cars at launch and the gforce on acceleration definitely can do that to your brain. Tis the reason fighter pilots have G suits to minimise the effects.

Anyway that setup of 1.5bar dropping to 1bar on redline is correct for the software you have - I don't want to go any higher until I get some data off your car. If the turbo is capable then larger injectors will make it go even harder. Then you can complete the blackout process and spin off at every corner on the world ... Lol the buggy is pure nuts.

If you feel it is not building boost as rapidly as you would like, then a stiffer WG spring should help. The buggy is so light that it doesn't load up the Ecu as much. I need to tweak Ecu for that and suggest you go with 0.8bar mech boost for now.

As for n75 - suggest you fabricate a MAF hose from section of stainless pipe with a take off for that. You could adapt to your airbox and turbo with silicon ends. You could also incorporate a 25mm joint to make a recirculating or hybrid diverter valve work on that setup ==> Faster spool on gearchanges.

Ps - I can send you an old MAF hose if it helps you fabricate something. Send me a pm if you like

Here are a few more videos of me driving this time. Plently of clean laps, but a few spills were caught on camera (or perhaps because of the camera!). Maybe it should be an off road buggy...

Just gives you an idea of how hard it is to drive! Need more practice on the Playstation I think.

What is the weight of buggy? How does it feel on the road? Have you any video driving it?

Did you manage to get an LSD or anything for that box?
