Hi all!
After some troubles with my previous engine, original 951's, I decided to move up something little bit more reliable. I bought full AAN engine with ECU and clutch plate. It has done over 300 thousand km, but that wasn't a problem 'cause I was going to open it anyway.
So, now I have this setup:
- Supertech pistons, 81.5mm
- Rosten Performance rods
- Rosten Performance springs
- Rosten Performance camgear
- Garrett GT30R
- Tial wastegate
- Furans exhaust manifold
- 044 pump
- VEMS
- 993 GT2 Clutch
- and some other stuff
Still need to be bought:
- Injectors
- 7A camshaft
- and some other stuff
Had the head done, nothing big. Also crankshaft balanced, block bored to pistons measurments.

The block got new black paint on it last weekend. Also I got bearings and gaskets so it's going to be rebuilding time ahead.
I'm asking now about the Rosten springs: Along those springs came plates that replaces the original plates (don't know what they're called, plates come under springs, in pic above the springs). Should I use the originals or the Rosten ones?
Then, should I use ARP main studs or will the original studs do the job?
Feel free to comment. It's been a while since I talk/wrote english propely so sorry if there's something what can't be understood
It's not so plug and play to put a AAN engine to a Porsche, so http://9products.com/ came to help me. Machining works, mainly the cluthing bell, is done by 9P.
