Looks like they needed an rs2 to complete the line up!

I think you are right, they actually rang me and asked if I had a RS2, unfortunately not... only big blue.

      Thanks for the comments.

Real shame. I'm sure one of us might have obliged if we had a car in show condition. Probably wouldn't be me while certain underside trim items are still NLA though.

The VW group can't let these plastic items become unavailable and still expect people to put forward concours-winning vehicles...!

That's the hypocrisy of Audi laid bare.

My car is far from a show queen, don't get me wrong it cleans up ok and is a nice example, but I could walk around the car a pick a defect in every panel. Before you know it there would be a glass out respray on the cards, then you end up with a car you're reluctant to use. I never want to be in the situation that I'm scared to do donuts in the snow

I just want to put the car back into a state that gives it a bit of dignity and removes the signs of neglect from previous owners.

Quick update. Car went through the MOT on Sat, she needed a bit of work. Got new fuel lines (still available through Audi!), new brake lines and hoses, new front wishbones, new rear top arms, new rear caliper and Thuppa rear brake upgrade. Did oil and filter too. Apart from that it sailed through.....
