Hey, I'm wanting to do this here in the states. Audi 4k and ur are super rare. Always seemed sinful to cut one in half since they re so rare. The coupe gt is much more common. For someone that just wants to drive one and doesn't care about oem it's a good alternative. You are using a urs4 diff. Is that the same as the s4 we had in the us? Could I use the diff out of any b3 in the us?

I`m afraid I binned the whole FWD going Quattro idea, I had most of the parts to do it, but couldn't find someone competent enough in my area to fabricate and fit the rear diff for me, its pretty much a make or break thing.. Did not want to ruin the whole car.

Having fitted a 7A and made a custom Individual throttle body setup etc, I`m about 90% with it now.
Maybe I should start a new thread for that one???
as far as doing the Quattro conversion, I was going to use a S4 diff and gearbox because I had one, however a B3 donor will probably be better suited. Ryss in Cape town is busy doing a conversion on his 90 FWD to Quattro. He`s a lot better at fabrication than I am.Comment
