Yeah, I reckon I could do high 10's, but I need to get my launch configured and I need to practice practice practice! =)

Pro drag guys said that the time I get off 60-footer can be taken off ET by double.. So if I get 60ft from 2,4s to 1,7s, I'd get 1,4s off ET. That would be 10,7s at the current rate.. We'll see if that is true =)

Doesn't seem so close in this video.. Onboard with gauges.

It looked close on that first video indeed. Next time with launch control and quicker shifting you can have him

0,33-0,39s gear changes in this one, from tps 100% to 100%

that's about what I can do with my current level of skill

No, I run 8500rpm with stock pump, without any modifications. Just the original oil pump with 245000km mileage.

                  That's true?

Do you wanted to mean stock oil pump not fuel pump. True?

Err, yes, OIL pump, not fuel pump.

And yes, I'm running 8500rpm rev limit with stock oil pump.

First launch tests, need to make changes to the rpm rise rate and a few other things. This was the first time I've ever even tried to launch, so I need a bit of practice

Need to try without ign retard as well, just as launch rev limit.

Goes well I think, but is there a need to rev that far and that long in first gear?

No, as said in the desctiption, it was for show purposes. I do need to take first gear to redline in order to get boost at second gear, but the launch is not at all effective. In fact, the launch there had about the same 0-100 acceleration as the ones I did on the drag strip earlier..

What I've done since this video, I've adjusted the rise rate of the launch limiter. Now it takes grip and rises it to the redline with control. Also I've lowered the launch limiter so that it doesn't spin the tires that bad, but it actually gets grip pretty well only a second after launch. These are, however, done on a slightly moist surface so I think I need to do some more tests on different states of grip.
