I think that the rear fender is deformed on the bottom and in the middle maybe or a little, like someone take the panel out of the mold not totally dry and them put on the floor vertically and the gravity made the rest of the job ....now I need to cut some lines across the "sill fender" and put fiberglass to have the correct sill shape...or anybody knows any method soften the gfk...and in the middle I will see when I repair the bottom, because some deformation is due to the bottom stress

All GFK panels are a rubbish fit, you always have to cut, bend, alter etc.
Use a small slittling disc to cut into the wing, position it where you want it then re fibreglass inside the rear to make it strong again.
I put black sikaflex to seal and paste, also it's welded, the new inner arch with the old one
with the dry glue
the glue
I put some fiberglass on the botton front fender and inner edge to reinforce, to attach the sill with the front fender...I don't like very much do this, the main reason is future cracks between fiberglass and metal... I put on the rear inner arches (inside and outside), union sill/rear fender and I little bit of fiberglass filler

yes mate...and aren't cheap, also a vacuum process to eliminate little air bubbles will be good... this is what I did mate cut both edges and put some fiberglass, etc... but the main problem was on the middle of the edge, look the photo, what I did to solve was pushing the arch a little to the outside and supported it with a wood stick while the inner arch GF was drying, now looks better, tomorrow I will post a photo
yes mate, isn't the best but the sill didn't align with the wings...I could put fiber only on the wing and the sill separately and them a little bit of sealant between wing and sill, but when I thought this was too late, the wing was glued and drying... the hurry isn't good for nothing
Also, for another time, I will put both wings and the bonnet together, because I'm a little bit scared about the aligment on the other wing, I think it's good...but 3/4mm more or less between wing/bonnet edge is hard to see without the wing in its place
