However, I would be concerned about heat from the turbo literally burning the paint on the hood/bonnet (top and bottom) without having at least a V6 insulation pad and preferrably an AAN hood insulation pad installed.

Thanks Dave,yeah i have the same consern.I need to put some head resist on the inside of the hood and next to turbo where is the fuel filter.It will head like crazy without it

Did some work on the car,did put the oil cooler tho,and opened hools so the IC have more cold air

Oil cooler is sticking out a bit,will need to figure out how to hide it a bit more

Your oil cooler is very vulnerable to damage, potentially spilling oil on your left front tire, potentially causing a serious accident and/or killing you and/or your engine.

Suggest a major re-think. There are better solutions.

For such a nice car with the amount of effort put into getting as good as it is I feel the intercooler and the oil cooler positioning are dire.

For a road car it surely can't need that much oil cooling and such a big intercooler.

Consideration should be given to downsizing both to get them to fit behind a stock front bumper.

Just sayin................. and t's only my own humble opinion from a distance, others may not agree with me.

Well,atm i am looking to get front bumper for usa market,soon will go in usa anyway so will try to get it

Well,i sopose its time for a bit biger update
For some time i was collecting parts for my build,sold hx35 and go for bigger,went for Hx40 hybrid 64mm compresor wheel
Full rebuild engine:
wossner pistons
I beam rods
etc etc
A lot of parts are finaly here and from tomorow i can start puting the engine together
I let the pictures do the talk
