Finaly i found good brakes for decent money
They came from 2001 S4 B5,i taked fronts and rears. Just not sure how much of a hussle is to mount rears?

rears should be bolt on with S6 vented discs, but not sure about bowden cable brackets
if it's like on A8 than the angle is a bit different and hole on it has different diameter (wider I think)
however, you can us it that way too

again, I'm not sure for b5 calipers, this is for c4 vs. d2

UrS caliper ... note the extended part (in the lower left corner of the first picture) that holds the bowden cable and routing of the cable on the second picture





I don't have any better picture of d2 caliper but as you can see they are not exactly the same (Lucas vs. Girling)
d2 caliper has sheat metal bracket instead of integrated in cast iron body on c4 version
that sheet metal bracket (d2 version) can be bent a little bit to make better angle for bowden cable
in this picture, you can see that bowden cable is routed on top of the caliper body (a bit hard to note in the background)



here is the alu version of d2 caliper but you can see sheet metal bracket for cable (black incolour) ... same as on my cast iron from d2



also note that you have to take care of the lenght between bracket and lever ... you can't make it shorter than you can adjust it on the oposite end
