BTW where did you source those exhaust flanges for the cat and downpipe (marco?) and what diameter are they and is a ring gasket available for that size?

Marco did everything for the downpipe, the ones for the CAT came with the CAT you can order from HJS to what pipe you need the connection.Originally posted by porkkis

Did You know Audi uses HJS parts in OE installation. E.g. these flex joints...
As a matter of fact HJS flex joints are 3-layer ones, unlike the hydraulic store's ones that are usually two layer. Makes them more reliable, still not more expensive...Everything less than 2 bar is considered to be naturally aspiratedComment

I forgot to add some pictures of the finished product, it took a lot of work and I had to modify the Bn-pipes rear box connections, so I would recommend custom job all the way.
Clearence is great BTW.

It was supposed to be an of the self system by Bn-pipes but during hardcornering it touched the diff, so it was modify to improve clearences.

Mine does the same. 3" from the downpipe then a slight step down to 2.75" over the axle. Exhaust gasses should have cooled enough at this point anywayMark
