And one last picture from the inside. Missing some lights here and there, but will get this when its back on the road again! My goal is to have it back on the road to the summer.

And can also introduce my daily! Its a 95 Audi 80 avant tdi, that have had a good life. This was the first salt the car has tasted, so its pretty neat. The color is Europa blue (love it!). It got 235.000 km on the clock, and i buyed it with a MOT need. Only got a bearing and some loose bolts on the rack, so got it true the same day. After that ive been putting poly bushings in the subframe and yes.. Dont rembere what it is on english. The thing bolted to the subframe, hope you get it

This car will go back to orginaly some time, because i think the bumpers, mirrors, and recaro seats will find a better place in the s2. It also got black roof with all the parts, and rs2 steering wheel

          Some pictures for it:

And last, a picture of my old daily. Ofcourse a tdi! the rims and lowering kit will go on to the new one.

Thanks! MK1 avus is my biggest dream to this car, but while i wait, a8 sport wont be bad either!

But on to some questions. All the parts in the suspesion is going to get sandblasted, and after i want to threat it with some good stuff. After hours and hours with reading of projeckts in here, i found out thar POR15 is very populear. How is the finish with its stroked on? As understand the POR15 is not very healty to spray. And do your guys have some precoat on beore the POR15?
And is it the one "POR15 paint directly on rust" your guys using?

As seen one some pictures i also got some surface rust around. The plan is to sandblast all i can find, and threat it with 2K epoxy primer. But what should i use afterwords? Paint, and clearcoat? followed with somethinge else?

Chosed to take my thread in hear after all ive seen you guys do. And after what i can see, were dealing with highe knowledge about s2's!

A8 Sports easy choice over the mk2 Avus, if your treating them to RSR's, get some 245/35/18 man rubber on
                          Nice Avant BTW

Great progress If you are selling the RS2 trim under the headlights, I would happily buy them! I live i Vestfold
I have just bought an RS2-project myself, unfortunately the trim pieces where broken.

I gotta say i love the Avus, but a8 sport is also nice... i gotta choice when i got both in my hands
Hello anders! See you recently joined s2forum, welcome Im pretty new here myself. I gotta ask, whats the diffrence on RS2 trim and s2 trim under the headlights?

Also bought my self a partscar, and audi 80 sedan, i the same color as my daily. So these bumpers gonna go on the dailye, so then i got front and rear OEM s2 bumpers, in mind condition to my s2! Happydays!

Great find I didn't think theres was any differende myself, until I did a search and ended up in the RS2 America"-thread, where there was some detailed photos off the difference between regular trim pieces and the RS2-pieces. The RS2-trim is slightly more "pointy" on the inside, going further towards the front bumper. Hard to explain really, haha. But you get the idea...

Yeah, i'm fairly new both to VAG and S2forum Planning on joining VACN later on. I bought an RS2 in october.
