As for the wheels I suspect they are off an mx-5
Looks a beauty, I don't think I can get 32mpg out of mine though, even on a run. Maybe some new lambdas would help.

I'm extremely happy with the Rs4 with the exception. Of the ridiculously overpriced parts.
I just got 340 miles on a tank, bearing in mind it costs 60 quid to fill as it's quite a small tank I think it's pretty good. Motorway cruising with cruise control on I've seen 35.

No, this RS4 came from a member of my family and yes this was an absolute beaut and bargain! Very Very well cared for car in its past.

The golf looks lovely. Wish I had a Mk1 like that....

B5 is a special car for sure. Im never selling mine, it does everything so well. Get some go faster bits on it like 3in downpipes and a map and the mid range is incredible. As you say though specific bits are expensive but theres always a way round them.

Such a shame mate. I would be gutted if i put in all that effort and then sold it.

It was always my intention to sell the vehicle. I bought it from a lad in Sheffield as he had moved projects so needed the funds. I'm happy with the end result and have sold it to a friend who owns a collection of classics. It will be well cared for.
