Some interesting bodges there,.
Good on you for saving the car, pity we never got the 20V in the UK I'd love one like yours as a hack/work vehicle.1989 B3 2.0 3A 80 quattro... Budget 1.8T Project.
1992 C4 100 2.8 Avant quattro... Mobile Sitting Room.

The 6 speed 01E gearbox fitting is a real chalenge....
Not only the supports...but, i found out from other members that the length is different too. Propshaft has to be aprox 2cm longer.
The driveshafts are different too....
From my searches, the original driveshafts have same length: 611mm
At the 6 speed V8 are: 637mm right and 583 or 595mm left side...
What i found out...the 100 FWD from wich i took the body pannels and other stuff, has the driveshafts: 598mm left and 635mm right
I will take those too....

Some more work at the car. Repaired the captive nuts fixing the front subframe.
