As said you have a problem there. Try some proper oil in it provided its run in properly. Mineral "dino" oil is piss thin when hot.
Test your oil pressure with a proper mechanical gauge. If necessary check the oil pump and do a compression / leakdown test & also check your bearing clearances.

Hi guys thank you for all your help and comments. .. iv done full engine rebuild which included getting my original oil pump rebuilt even though it was running fine as it was i thought might aswell as its best thing to do i honestly think it may be wrong oil gunna get it out the car put different weight in ... was told to have mineral oil ( dino oil as some know it as) due to having new bearings and engine assembly lube around the engine (apparently this oil doesnt wash it away )?? Any oil recommendations for more or less new engine? Also the heating problem iv done modifications as u can see .. i might try swapping the fan from front of the rad blowing to the rear of the rad sucking instead see if this helps .... only starts getting hot going slow up hills only over heated once bur once too many for me get it sorted before it causes me problems later ... any suggestions for cooling systems will be great eg mods or extra rad kits etc etc ... cheers guys 😇[emoji481]
I've tried loads of different oil over the years and IME millers competition stuff is the best. I used it in a tuned Subaru Legacy GTB that used to drink around a litre of oil a week and after switching to millers this went down to a litre every couple of months.
Once you've run in your engine I would try this stuff and see how it goes

As for the overheating issue, keep trying to bleed the coolant system...its a real pig to get done properly. Try lifting the expansion tank higher while bleeding it. I even resorted to pouring coolant into the bleed nipple on the heater hose at the bulkhead to effectively back fill the system. That was the only way I could get all the air out of mine after weeks of trying.
good luck anyway!!

My silicon hoses still have the bleed nipple on, sure there is a thread somewhere about adaptations for this
Regarding your overheating issue. How well is your radiator shrouded to air from the front of the car? From your pictures it does not appear to have any.

Its in the standard original position but rotated a few inch similar to aan for the inlet manifold to clear it only did it once and hasnt really done it since that one time ... just want something to bring temps down a little more to be on safe side
You've said in another thread that your using 440cc injectors and the car is not yet mapped for them, chances are you've hosed loads of fuel into the oil and thinned it which is why your pressure is dropping.
Change the oil, put some std injectors in and run the engine in with the N75 unplugged.
