Some acetone vapor treatment. Turned out quite good. Could have been better if I had smoothen out most small lines and lumps with sandpaper before the threatment.

I think the spikes will fly away from the winter tyres if making launches like this on tarmac. Also they look fugly with 15" steel wheels. There's a pic of those tyres in the first post.

Have to say, I'm very pleased with this turbo. It's superb on street as it starts to make boost at 2krpm and makes 1bar at 3krpm in 4th gear. Also the response is very fast in gear changes, it starts to boost immediately without lag. This of course compared to a couple of stages bigger Holsets.

Edit. Greg, seems that embedded videos doesn't work.

It starting to be winter here. Snow and freezing weather. It's a lot nicer to start up the engine if the engine is warm. When I assemble the engine I installed a Defa heating resistor in one of the freeze plugs, but today I fitted the wire and connector so I can use it.

BTW, still not sure about the spoiler.

Bought a genuine competition aluminium rear spoiler and replica fiberglass extenders. But I really can't decide if the car looks better with or without the spoiler..?
