Hello Guys,
I'm Peter from Austria and our club is Turbienen.at, maybe some of you have already heard of
The engine was built be our member and forum-user Altmanis who will show you the results of 3.3l in a S2 in a few weeks
In the last year we built up a Audi 90 20v quattro for our member Andre and installed a complete S2 drivetrain in it and did some modifications of course
:
Stock head
7A inlet cam, stock ABY exhaust cam
2.5l AEL engine block
AEL crankshaft
FCP x-shaft rods
82mm Wössner pistons
Upgraded Sachs Race clutch from a guy called Joe Krumpholz
Borgwarner EFR8374 turbo
Audi RS3 modified intake manifold
Audi RS3 electronic throttle body (with Golf 4 accelerator pedal)
Nuke injection rail
Bosch 1700ccm injectors
Aeromotive fuel regulator
Dash 8 fuel line
2x Pierburg E3L fuel pump
3" exhaust selfmade
Wagner Evo intercooler (bigger one coming soon)
Ecumaster EMU Black mapped by us, Turbienen.at
ABY adapter connector
FlexFuel sensor
Turbospeed sensor
Oil pressure sensor for fuel cut off in case of no oil pressure
We already dynoed the car and exceeded our goal of 700hp a little bit
Using 90% Bio-Ethanol (so like E85) and 3bar falling to 2.7bar at 7000rpm the car pushed 823hp and 916nm.

Here is the datalog, as you can see we pushed some parts pretty hard
EGT1 is mounted in first cylinder, EGT2 in fifth cylinder. On the street the EFR8374 hits full boost at 4100rpm.

On the day before dyno, of course we broke something as you can see on the pics, 3.3bar was to much

Maybe you're interested in our projects then you can follow us on our fb-page with the URL: Turbienen.at There you can also find the video of the dyno run!
If you have any questions feel free to ask!
regards from Austria, Peter

otherwise the boost would fall down to 2.4bar at 7000rpm which "only" produced 770hp.
