Ive watched tons of videos of this car but this one it just seems like its going that bit harder. Not saying he wasnt trying in the other vids. Maybe he wasnt running as much power in the previous videos Ive seen.

What do they do to the turbo system to make it chirp like that?

Im dying to go over to one of these European Hillclimb events. Some of the cars are unbelievable

He has a lot of power to use thats for sure! Its not running a dump valve hence the chirping. Air coming back across the compressor wheel.
