That is not strictly true. The ten people who placed an initial deposit to pay for the tooling own the tooling. Pity we don't get to enjoy the profit too.

I know, it just sticks in the craw that something that was supposed to be for "the hobby" is very much dependant on volume. Ten sets, and about three or four months. Oh well. Nothing you can do i suppose.

I wanted a set too. I still could buy one 3B set in black as I got a second hand set in blue that I could sell onwards.

PM'd and mailed Paul about the matter some months ago but no answer. I think it would be fair to share the rights to the tooling to someone that has more time to manage these things if the man himself is too busy. Right?

No disrespect to Paul, but wasn't someone on here in contact with SFS with regards to them doing a set?

I seem to remember that this set would be cheaper since SFS were to keep the rights, therefore also allowing us to buy more often, rather than waiting on an obviously very busy guy.

Anyone any ideas about this?
