Well remembered Jamo
Indeed....I made one up for myself designed to go in to an empty vent pod.......(as in you use a hacksaw and cut the slats off so its a rectangle.....designed for a 52mm gauge....
As you can see its quite precision as its s tight fit into the vent....fits perfectly into a correectly opened out one though
Then just clips into the dash all factory like
NOte// I may yet paint it or do somehting else but I havent decided as yet!
I made another 5 or so up just in case..............
If anyone wants one let me know and I will work out a cheapo price purely to cover my costs + p and p (is £10 fair all in? )Last edited by s2dude; 21 June 2006, 19:33.

I made a centre vent boost gauge mount from an off cut of aluminium. Very easy and fairly neat solution.
See pictures half way through this thread:

Really easy to make Especially with a 6.5kw laser cutting machine
// sidenote..
How does the rs stamped one actually stay in the dash??
It has no mounting points? like the vent case mine has does?
