As an alternative... if anyone with busted PCV hoses can send them to me, I can get quotes from Samco for replacement items made from flourosilicon - its oil resistant.

These alloy joobries look nice right enough, but I'm pretty sure I can get the Samco hoses cheaper than Audi prices for the original parts.

Dam, i should have thought of that...
I chucked my one out as they were well beyond repair. -

Hopefully someone else will be able to supply you with a complete system. - baring in mind that the 3b and the ABY system are not the same.

                      Drat !

Note these PCV hoses NEED to be flourosilicone lined - ordinary silicon will just perish with the oil vapours attacking it.

I know the 3B and ABY systems are different - and I know the crazy dealership prices as well - thats why I'd like to build up the donor parts from old busted hoses. Maybe I should just consider doing something custom that works with a nice compact oil/air separator/cyclone that is common to 3B and ABY - could be a tall order actually. Dunno how many folk would go for it. Needs somewhat decent numbers for a group purchase to work so as to cover tooling costs.

I use piece of 40mm ally bar 60mm long.
Reduce one end to 30mm dia x 20 long and the other to 20mm dia x 20mm. Bore out to leave about 3mm wall thickness.
Drill a hole though the side of the center section and tap a 12mm thread.
Take a piece of 12mm studding and turn the threads off one end and drill through with about 6.5mm drill. Screw into the reducer part with some PTFE tape to seal it and lock off with a thin M12 nut.

                        Sorted.

The one below was an earlier version before I discovered the trick of locking the side branch with a nut, I used to locktite the thread in.
Newsh, Bo, Dirty barry can you make those reducers for cash without the side thread for the ABY catch tank conversions?

                          Bo,
See in this pic above... Can I ask why there's such a long 22mm hose attached? I'm trying to get my head round it because I thought you'd just need a tiny bit of 22mm, tiny bit of 30mm (for the 2 'sides' of the T section) and a longer bit of 8mm, like this....

Or is that just a long piece before you trimmed it down?
Or were you fitting it to a catch tank instead of hooking it back up as before?
                          cheers
