I've been searching the forum but can't find the RS2 rear hub dimensions. Apparently the rear hubs are longer to accommodate the handbrake mechanism. I think you will need to pull one and get a part number or dimensions. Front should be identical to S2.

Both front and rear bearings have two different inner dia's, that's normal.
Front conversion to RS2/5x130 should be no prob, std 82mm bearings AFAIK
but,
If You have a Coupe I don't understand how RS2 is fitted, all Coupe's has 75mm hub-carriers/bearings and the S2/RS2 (sedan/avant) has 82mm ...
The rear ACOQ and RS2 is totally different
ACOQ is B3
RS2 is B4/B5Last edited by pfi; 27 February 2023, 18:52.Comment

I wondered that, (not about going mad) I'm talking about the rear RS2 setup as they are miles apart from the coupe
RS2.jpg
The RS2 bearing does not look like it would fit the coupe running gear as it 82mm on the RS2 v the 75mm on the S2 coupe

Are your sure you don't have a standard S2 setup on the rear, as I don't see the point of trying to somehow get the RS2 hub to fit the S2 wheel bearing housing. Or am I talking nonsense and have missed the point completely.

It will just be the hub that's been changed to accommodate Porsche wheels. The hub carrier will be standard and 75mm wheel bearing od size. We just need to establish what the inner diameter is and what bearings fit.

That's interesting pfi. The spindle could have been machined to fit the 75 mm bearing. Or maybe there is a 75 45/43 bearing out there.Nothelle S2 Avant

I'll get the spanner man to take pics and measurements for future info when we pull it all apart then the mystery will be solved peepsComment

"The spindle could have been machined to fit the 75 mm bearing,"
Possible but not advisable ?
Driveshaft OD 82mm bearing ~31mm, 75mm bearing ~27mm ...
If it's "a 75 45/43 bearing out there" it'd be nice !
more likely a B3 carrier machined to take a S2/RS2(Avant) 82mm bearing ?Last edited by pfi; 27 February 2023, 22:36.Comment
