Not sure why there are so few Avants around at the moment.
There is a black one with 85k miles in autotrader, cup alloys, tints and a polised and ported head for £8250.
Autotrader is also showing three coupes all with 55K or less miles on :eek2: cheapest is only £7K!
Two have been listed for weeks now, how come they are not selling?

The car in question was ok,just not worth the asking price.Not only that but it needed a fair amount of paintwork doing to it along with the fact that it had a phone ariel positioned between the sunroof and top of the windscreenOriginally posted by LPHUK2002

What do you call a lot of paintwork? Was it just scratches or was it bad repairs?
I had to travel 220 miles (one way) to get mine but I guess it was worth it
. I had only been looking a week when it cropped up. I took a day of work to go and see it - well at 48,000 miles you would wouldn't you 
It had about £3k worth of receipts for suspension, brkaes etc over the previous 12 months but it was fooking expensive. Maybe I paid too much. 
No leather or aircon but the general condition and mileage sold it to me. Mind you didn't stop the b*stard turbo going at 55k :mad: AET reckon there was nothing obviously wrong just really bad luck - typical
oh well, I'm sure you'll get one soon. What are you looking to pay (if you don't mind me asking)

Just can't figure out why there's a shortage of them at the minute,most of the ones on the exchange and mart website have gone.Looks like i'm just gonna have to bide my time untill the right one appears so keep yer eyes and ears open for me folks as i'm getting a fair bit of stick from Martyn and Matty at the mo
