Bonnet release cable grommet WTD

I know it's only a small part but mine has been bodged and I can't get a part number off it. Even if someone could give me the number so I can buy one please?

I have a compete pond in my driver's footwell, don't think its the grommet but I need a new one too as when I touch it my fingers come away with black rubber stuff on them.

To make matters worse I left a 2 litre bottle of Evian in the rear footwell which has emptied itself... Two ponds now

Easy fix John, just do what the previous owner of my oil burner did.
