Theres alot to consider here..... and an important point I may make....

The PCD is one problem, getting the hub drilled, wheels drilled etc are all options but still problematic, they link into next point....

Brake discs will have to be custom drilled which your talking yet more expense....

The centre bore of your wheels may not be suitable for S2 hubs, you may have to bore it out to suit or it may already be too large in which case you need to adapt the s2hub to make that a good fit.

If the wheels are worth the retail price given (I know the cost of BBS split rims from my VW days) then why not sell on and get a set that actually fit the car???? I've seen plenty of impeccable sets in 5x112 go for £1500 mark.

have you seen the BBS LM? it would ruin it to have another 5 wholes drilled into it..

they are machined to a pattern and ET at the factory too or do you really think they make a new casting mould for every pattern.
but haven't done it, so I have to admit there could be problems

removing 20mm off the rear seating face of a wheel sounds really dodgy practice to me! the part of the wheel that the bolt goes through cant be any more than 20-25mm and if you take away 20mm the wheel will just fail

that sounds like a very expensive option...

will CQ hubs fit streight on? and im sure this is a silly question, but what models can i get these from, or can i buy new ones, any idea of price?

can anyone confirm if they are larger?

redrill some CQ hubs as mentioned earlier, IIRC they are a larger diameter than the S2 hubs

I've just picked up hubs from an avant so I don't need to do anything like this, just got to fit them now.

Last time I saw they was around £80 each.
