edit: I actually got the things that I ordered from him, or eriksson ordered for the both of us, guess I was lucky? but the bushings that I got broke in half/separated? weird? just drove the car a little over 600miles (I'm not sure about the conversion.. but lets say I drove it for 8months and I don't need it for work or anything.. so not that long)

Doesn't surprise me at all. He is so unprofessional it's quite shocking. He pretty much told me he would not honour my warranty because of things said on the internet. Probably the reason he did not put you on the list is because you would have had a very good case to bankrupt his business as he could not have got away with listing it as "personal debt"...

This also proves what a crook he is. Note the wording "you would have got nothing", shows that it was all a scam for him to get out of debt - he wanted to screw people over without giving them anything, yet anyone he liked (edit: would continue doing business with).

Quite simple, if he can't afford to pay for it you either wait an eternity knowing you'll probably get nothing, if you take actoin against him he turned it into a fight and then claims he'd tried to help but you were being difficult, so why should he etc etc...

When I read all these things and I was affected by a big loss of money I would take physical action, instead of waiting for nothing. Take back what he owns you. Even if that has to be something like his own personal stuff or things that he has laying around in his joint.
If he thinks he owns the law, then I would say "I am the Law!" as stated by Stalone in Judge Dredd, and take the situation in my own hands I know it's easier said then done, but see it like this that he is laughing his *** off on all of you who sent him money. This man is a crook, an unprofessional and most off all a risk taker, which is something unacceptable in doing business.

Remember how VAG-parts handled their situation in the end? That is a great and I should say normal example how it should be done. They check their balance on-time to warn people in advance they would go out of business and still helped those who already were in the process of ordering goods.

A man doing business like Corey and does go bankrupt (on purpose?) already for a few times in a row, in such an amateur way does not deserve to continue 'business' and put up a bad atmosphere in the Audi community.

My original machine shop went out of business leaving my company in a difficult situation with a significant amount of orders that we are struggling to fulfil. I have moved the design of bracket to a new business for them to manufacture for us.
