Well, in this particular cases lot of the people sued had nothing to do with the person, but just spoke like "someone should take this guy to the woods and woop his ***" on some forum. Policemen chased the IP's and real people behind those etc.

So in short he robs from peter to pay paul, but never pays paul!

I think this sums up his business model perfectly... but to complete it, when Paul takes him to court he takes out an IVA and job's a good (and legal) 'un.

I consider myself SO lucky now... I went through hell to get my car and most of the parts back, I 100% believe that if myself and laura hadn't made such a drama out of it at the time, alot more parts would have been used for his other projects. I know others haven't been so lucky.

IVA - nice loop hole in the law, about time people were made responsible for their actions. Personally, i couldnt do that to anyone. Guess its down to the way i was brought up?? Morally wrong and all that!

Not to take any side to the issues themselves, but a scammer in finland was caught doing his business, red handed, multiple times. Despite he got caught multiple times, he continued. As authorities were unable to stop him, some enthusiasts arranged a trap for him. Miraculously he escaped from apparent serious mutilation, and started counterattacking his own victims, by making reports of an offense of all people talking bad about him anywhere in the internet.

Dozens of people around the country were sued for denigrating or threatening him. Some groups were charged for agitating against single person. Some got pretty high fines, and I think some needed to pay him descent settlements.

So be warned. If someone really kicks this guy's nuts to his kidneys, and he goes to police, all of You who talk bad about him here, may end up in trouble.

Interesting to see it's not just England's police system that sucks. It astounds me that the society is simply an extension of the school playgroud.....the boys who go round beating up the other kids are merely ignored by the teachers because "oh that's little Corey, he's always been naughty...nothing we can do about him.." but if any of the "law abiding" kids confront the bullying toe-rag, they get caned, spanked and thrown in detention.
