my oil cooler was leaking a tiny tiny bit when I bought the car, put an ad on here for one, got one, changed it, that one leaked aswell, I cant remember who it was either but cheers for lying to me you div and letting me spend a couple of hours changing my leaking one for a leaking one you tool!, has anybody upgraded theirs and got a non leaking spare I can buy off them before I go buying a brand new one ? somebody honest haha, pm me if you have please, cheers
I may be able help, I have a good one off my 10VT Avant engine. I remember when removing it that I thought it looked the same as a 3B S2 one, will check latter on.

and is there an oil pressure relief valve anywhere that could have caused the said non leaking one to pop? surely there's one s2 anorak that can tell me
YES! I've done my research and found out what other cars these were used on and there's quite a few, I've just bought a brand new oil cooler for a 3B engined S2 with two new seals and a warranty for the tidy sum of.................30!!!! QUID!!!!!!!!!! david dickinson hasnt got a look in! thats the real deal!!!! I'm happy, very very happy, brand new!!! 30 quid!!!!!!! two seals!!!!! and a warranty!!!!!!!!!!!! bloody hell! cheers for the help lads I'm grateful
