Hi Greg,
I had to buy one in the end as mine was missing
when i bought the car. I guess you know the part number is 034 965 561C and it's made by Bosch.
Pete Reeve sold me a new one for £90. I understand that they are also used in other Bosch appliances (white goods)!

Or you can get an almost indentical one from GSF for £60. (Connector needs a lug trimming off it, that is all)

I got one from GSF for the 3B with the correct connector (or might have been Euro Car Parts ...)

GSF, its called an Additional Water Pump used on the diesel 80s, pretty sure thats the one.Comment
