sooo, definately the ABY pipework is not compatible with the 3b - thanks for trying though Alex

That pipe must still be on my coupe, I think I left the dryer in.. will it come out without the engine out?

Hi John,

You can remove it from the car with engine in situ..and still attached to the drier for that matter, thats how i got mine out.

If you can check that would be great, the pipe terminates at a connection just below and to the left of the batter tray if you still have it...

If you have and need a hand, just shout and I can always hop over

Coupe now has a new sunroof and both bumpers are off I'm knackered and its all your fault

thats the spirit - i take it you were out there for a while after I left then.....project Keep The Coupe has kicked off then

Cleaned it up and then unfortunately had to go out so will be sticking it on tonight with the drier and other pipe from Lee then its due a gassing providing the circuit will hold a vacuum. Just need to hope the rain clears late afternoon.

Mmm, that was my little off road excursion in the snow remember? Someone had knocked down the keep left bollard and the concrete base was tipped up at an angle and hidden in the snow, I turned too late and ran over it..

the pipe is in and i look like i need a course in self harming therapy - bloody access on these cars is sh***********************te

might still need to go to pirtek, there is a slight difference on the pipe Lee had, the angle of the ends it not quite right and to get it aligned means it starts to collapse on itself. got too dark to see properly so will revisit in the morning - also the pipe end on the compressor is different, the native 3b one has a longer metal neck which drops it down the back of the compresor whereas the 20v one can be twsted round to avoid the back of the compresor but needs to be held just right not to foul the turbo to IC hose

case of almost but no cigar at the moment
