GSF Grossly Stupid Feckers

told me they could get a head set (well my garage i work at) without gasket, and 1 inlet valves.
ordered headgasket from audi (40.99) and cam pulley (58!!)
Valves turn up next day, well 9 of them and 1 random non fitting thing nothing like correct valves!!
no headset?! rang them...... we spoke to you and said we could no longer supply them.........

So i just orderd individual gaskets from euros and it worked out roughy same price
headbolts from euro`s were £6 each, waterpump was £30ish belt £10 tensioner pulley £20ish


Also if you fit a steel headgasket make sure the head isnt pitted arround the waterways close to the edge of the head or it will leak, trust me

Couldn't agree more. I called my local branch on tuesday re victor reinz head gasket:
Yeah no problem, we have one at our head office and can order it in for next day.
So I called again yesterday to go ahead and order it in, this time - err I don't know who you were talking to before but we don't stock it.....
