          any one?

because I've searched a lot on here and it looks like 3B shares the same distrubutor with the 7A..

          are there different types?

As when I called the ignotion parts place above they said there are 2 types :

          034905205AA and

          0349052050

both listed for Audi S2 3B.

          confused.

i have both in my hands now..
            soo on the 3B one i have from an early 200q 20vT, is 034 905 205Q
            and on the 7A one is 034 905 205J
Both are identical...with the exception off the rotor.
            Hope this helps!

chaps I have tasked my garage to stick the 7a dizzy on my 3B, and they tell me it won;t work...

edit: what they said is that it is "timed at the other end"

search on the forum about timing marks an dizzy install.
Is pretty easy....even with the intake manifold in.
All the timing marks should be alligned..then new dizzy in the hole taking care about the plug to be oriented to the firewall...then the line from the rotor with the line from the dizzy housing should be alligned. tight the screw...fix the cap back, plug the dizzy plug and start.
                          Goodluck!
