I'm running s 7a dizzy in my 3B right now As has been said only difference is the width of the rotor tip - and I found the body shell has slightly different indentations when I used one for some positioning marks I kept the same rotor but filed the sides down so the tip was the correct, narrower width.

Right I'm going in to speak to these guys as they reckon that both the 3b dizzy and the 7a one don't work.

So if you could all help me with pointing me in the direction of as much information about the audi s2 distributor as possible?

I've done a lot of seraching and have some good pictures of the dizzy and a PDF of how to replace it, but any other info would be greatly received.

But as a get out do any of you know a mechanic near Chester, that can fix this for me?

hmm, I've just spoken to the mechinics...

I think they're speaking about the timing being out... has any one had to tunr the crank round 180 degrees to get it right?
